It is hereby agreed and declared that the Artist and the Company will be bound to every provision of this Agreement. No agreement will exist unless and the ‘terms and conditions’ box is ticked upon booking. The Artist may make further conditions that will be attached to this Agreement and form part of it.

This agreement governs the planning and performance of Indeedy Musical Bingo for corporate entertainment for the Company.

1.     Booking & Planning Process

1.1   To confirm a booking, we require payment up front which will secure the date for your event. We will not be able to ‘reserve’ or ‘pencil in’ a date without payment. Payments are accepted by bank transfer or credit card, however a 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.

1.2 Travel & Accommodation
For events outside of Central London, the Company will cover the Artist’s travel, meals, and accommodation. The hotel choice must be approved by the Artist before a reservation is made, and will include breakfast.

1.3   The Company will work alongside the Artist during the planning process to ensure a successful event, and respond to emails and questions in a timely fashion.

1.4   The Artist is not responsible for any venue-related costs, including hire, food, drink, or building damages incurred during the event.

1.5   The Company will adhere to the timings and structure of the event as agreed in advance between the Company and the Artist.

2.     Promotion, Imagery, Video, and Marketing

2.1   If the Company would like to promote their event internally, they must strictly adhere to the brand guidelines as provided by the Artist. In any promotion or marketing for the event, the Artist should always be referred to as the full brand name ‘Indeedy Musical Bingo’, and never simply ‘musical bingo’ or ‘a musical bingo night’.

2.2   The Company may not publicly promote the performance by the Artist for the purpose of increasing attendance. However, the Artist welcomes any social sharing and encourages this during the event as it adds to the positive atmosphere.

2.3   The Company may not sell tickets to the public for this event.

2.4 The Company may only use approved photos and videos to internally promote the Artist appearance at the event.

2.5 The Artist must first give approval for video and photography at the event. Any photos and video footage of the Artist performance must be shared with the Artist after the performance.

3.   Artist Requirements

3.1 The Artist will require a green room or similar at the event venue where they can safely store their belongings, change into costume, and rest during breaks. The green room will contain: a mirror, enough seating for all performers, a lock on the door, and the artist rider.

3.2 An artist rider will be provided at events in the green room, which includes drinks, snacks, and dinner if setup time is before 6pm. The rider will include: water, bubbly (dry cava/prosecco), white or red wine, craft beer and vegan snacks. For events where dinner is provided, please contact us as some of our team have dietary requirements.

4. Finance and Compliance

4.1   Agreed Financial Arrangement

A flat fee (excluding travel, subsistence, and accommodation) has been agreed between the Company and the Artist for the performance. Full payment is to be paid by the Company in order to secure the date for the event. The Artist reserves the right to offer this date to other parties until payment is received.

4.2   Insurance

4.4   In the case of the Company cancelling an event, a 50% refund of the total amount will be given if the cancellation occurs 30 days before the event is to take place. The deposit of 50% covers staff hours spent on the organising of the event, as well as materials bought in or designed in advance, and therefore is non-refundable. Any cancellation less than 30 days will not be refundable, however postponements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
