Indeedy Musical Bingo on the beach!
Our show went down a treat at this company offsite for an American medical tech company, hosted at Le Meridièn Ra in Calafell, Spain. We put on our show in a beautiful outdoor setting, surrounded by palm trees, sand dunes, and salty air! Guests came from all over the world to attend this event which was made up of a hybrid of meetings, trainings, and celebration - we kicked off the first night and gave them quite a party!

The team at Le Meridièn Ra were so helpful and professional, and assisted us with everything we needed from set up to break down. This beachside luxury hotel is vast - so it was really useful that the team were always nearby to help us as we produced and delivered the event.
The production company, Somos Experiences, handled all the sound, screens, visuals, and tech for our event (and the following days of meetings and presentation) were absolute superstars - they work all over Europe and I can’t recommend them enough.
The client did a complete takeover of the hotel, and the branding was tasteful and everywhere. I can definitely recommend this location for a larger team offsites, it’s only 40 minutes south of Barcelona airport and having a location on the beach will definitely encourage attendance and enthusiasm.

We held a team competition, and all of the guests gathered to represent their countries. It was like a World Cup version of Indeedy Bingo - very epic! It’s the first time a corporate client didn’t want to mix up the guests and it was totally the right choice. It was great to see and hear the pride each team felt for their country, very entertaining for us to witness while we performed. You’ll get an idea of the spirit if you can imagine the heated competition of a World Cup final between France and Spain, except in the form of a dance-off!
We loved performing outside on a beautiful sunny day through to the evening dance party, all in a luxurious setting. It was so easy to travel from London for this event, and our prizes surprised and delighted all the international guests. The sandwich toaster was a hit!
